1. Introduction

Sourcify China Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sourcify China", "we", "us") provides information technology and sourcing consultancy services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Directory & Supplier Listings (Important Disclaimer)

The manufacturers and suppliers listed on sourcifychina.com (including "Verified Partners" and "Premier Partners") are companies with whom we have historical IT service agreements or past cooperation records.

However, unless you engage us for a specific paid Verification or Sourcing Service:

• We provide NO GUARANTEE regarding the current financial status, production capability, or quality of these suppliers.
• We assume NO LIABILITY for any disputes, financial losses, or quality issues arising from direct transactions between you and the listed suppliers.

3. Paid Verification Services ($1,000+)

For our Basic Verification Service, our obligation is limited to providing a snapshot of the supplier's status at the time of the audit. This includes verifying business licenses and conducting an on-site visit to document existence. This is a risk-mitigation tool, not a guarantee of future performance.

4. Managed Sourcing Services ($10,000+)

For clients engaging in our Platinum Managed Sourcing, specific contractual terms regarding Quality Control (QC), Logistics, and Legal Protection will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement. Qualification for this service requires a Semrush Global Rank within the Top 3 Million and a minimum annual procurement volume of $200,000 USD.

5. Communication Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to inquiries sent from non-corporate email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo). WhatsApp support is strictly reserved for verified corporate clients.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
